Multilingual American education combined with French’s given fluency in English and French (attended 2 semesters at Institute Application des Science in Lyon, France, 1981 ~ 1982 via an exchange student program at IIT during a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Chicago, Ill), USC for a master degree in Electrical Engineering with TRW's scholarship until the Challenger Space Shuttle Explosion (in Los Angeles, CA, USA) and Kwangwon University )Seoul, Korea) with a diploma for Ph.D. in Electro-Physics. Korean heritage gives fluency in Korean and working knowledge of Chinese. Serve for a few technical committee members since 2007; Offshore Plant Working Group, IT Convergence Consortium of Navel & Marine, and Display Industry in Chungnam Province, Korea.
