Shana Wiseman

Role: Special Guest

Shana Wiseman is the Program Manager for the Hydroelectric Incentives Program within the Department of Energy’s Grid Deployment Office. This incentive program received over $750M in funding through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL). Previously, she served as the Branch Manager within the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Division of Hydropower Administration and Compliance for the Environmental Project Review Branch. Prior to this role, Shana served as the program coordinator for the Small/Low-Impact Hydropower Program and a project manager within the Division of Hydropower Licensing at FERC. Shana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leisure, Youth, and Human Service from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Science degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management at The Pennsylvania State University.
