Elizabeth Molloy

Elizabeth Molloy is the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Tribal Liaison. She has been an attorney in the Commission’s Office of the General Counsel since 1988 and the Commission’s Tribal Liaison since 2006. As Tribal Liaison, she works to provide information to tribal representatives about the Commission’s processes and works to ensure that the Commission considers tribal views when making decisions. In addition, Ms. Molloy has participated as non-decisional staff in several multi-party hydro settlement negotiation in both advisor and facilitator roles.
