Kenneth Hogan

Ken Hogan is the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s, Northeast Region Hydropower Program Coordinator. Ken leads the region’s Hydropower Team to ensure the consistent and responsible implementation of the Service’s authorities under the Federal Power Act and plays a key role in prioritizing the region’s hydropower workload. Prior to joining the Service, Ken was a Senior Technical Expert with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in the Division of Hydropower Licensing for nearly 20 years, where he directed multi-discipline resource teams in the implementation of the Commission’s hydropower licensing activities. Ken is native of New Hampshire, an avid sportsman, a beekeeper, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
