Drew is the senior vice president of operations for Normandeau Associates, an environmental consultant firm specializing in providing science-based environmental consulting services, research, and technological innovation across a biological spectrum. Drew has spent the last 20 years with Normandeau working as a fisheries biologist. He has extensive experience designing and conducting field evaluations to evaluate the upstream and downstream passage performance of diadromous fish species at hydroelectric facilities including Atlantic salmon, American shad, river herring, and American eel. He has been involved in and led a wide range of environmental studies associated with FERC relicensing efforts for hydroelectric facilities throughout the Northeast. Drew received his graduate degrees if fisheries from Clemson University (M.S. and Ph.D.) working with multiple sturgeon species (shortnose, shovelnose and lake sturgeon).
