John Peconom

John Peconom is the FERC Office of Public Participation’s Energy Infrastructure Program Manager. John is responsible for leading the office’s efforts to increase public participation in infrastructure proceedings. He has been with the Commission for 20 years. Prior to joining OPP, John worked in the Commission’s Office of Energy Projects for 18 years, spending his time preparing NEPA documents. Originally from California, John is based in Washington D.C. at FERC’s Headquarters.
