Brandon Mooney

Brandon Mooney is the Deputy Chief Counsel to the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Energy, Climate and Grid Security Subcommittee. During his time in Congress, he has served under four Committee Chairs and in senior positions under Chairman Emeritus Joe Barton and Representative Pete Olson. Previously, he worked in environmental consulting for the petrochemical and power generation industries. He holds a B.A. from Austin College and an M.S. from Rice University.
