Brenda Langley

Brenda Langley is the Operations Manager at the Pacific Marine Energy Center (PMEC) at Oregon State University. She oversees Center activities ensuring alignment of 158 affiliates across three partner universities, administers over $20M in state and federal grants, and manages the post-award process for R&D projects. Brenda also has an eye on workforce development activities and works closely with the OSU Foundation to facilitate professional development opportunities for students. Previously, Brenda led the branding initiative for the grid-connected testing facility located off the coast of Newport, Oregon, now known as PacWave.
