David Oonk

David Oonk is a contractor with Department of Energy’s (DOE) Water Power Technologies Office (WPTO) supporting the Strategic Innovation and Outreach (SIO) team. He is supporting the office’s strategic analysis and evaluation efforts through identifying key metrics, establishing data collection protocols, and novel analytical approaches. Prior to joining WPTO, David was a social scientist researcher at Arizona State University and University of Colorado Boulder examining the social impacts of emerging to mature energy technologies.
