Kristina is a motivational construction and engineering industry thought leader with over 20 years of experience in team leading, marketing strategy, workforce development, and operations know-how. She is a strong collaborator with a successful track record of forming powerful relationships, discovering and capitalizing on opportunities, and shining a light on the blue-collar industry. Kristina speaks and writes about many things, including workforce development, bold leadership, balancing personal and professional roles, marketing for recruitment, and employee retention. She is the Owner of a successful consulting firm, Steel Toe Consulting, as well as the Founder of Crew Collaborative, an international non-profit focused on rethinking workforce development in construction. Kristina lives in the Minneapolis suburbs with her two children.
