Sterling is the lead of fish-safe turbine design at Natel Energy. Her technical focus includes developing and conducting turbine performance assessment procedures, and utilizing data to inform high-performance, fish-safe turbine and hydropower plant designs. Sterling holds bachelors and masters degrees from MIT.
