Luciana Ciocci

Luciana Ciocci is the Senior External Affairs Advisor for the Hydroelectric Incentives Program within the Grid Deployment Office. Previously, she served as the Manager of Technical Services for the National Hydropower Association, overseeing three programs focused on waterpower innovation, hydropower operations and safety, and marine energy. Prior to working for the National Hydropower Association, Luciana worked in construction project management for Jones Lang LaSalle and SAIC. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from George Mason University.
