Zachary Barr

Role: Session Leader

Zach Barr is a Senior Associate at Kearns & West providing facilitation, outreach, and engagement expertise in the marine, water, energy, and land use sectors. He manages a team of experts that maintain the Marine Energy Environmental Toolkit and led the outreach and engagement process as part of the Environmental Compliance Cost Assessment (ECCA) project. As a former lecturer on negotiation at the University of Wyoming, he brings an academic understanding of negotiation theory and day-to-day experience in its practice.
