Matt is a Risk Management Consult and Insurance Broker with Gallagher where he works with clients to identify and manage their overall risk profiles. Gallagher is a leading global insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting firm founded in 1927 with locations around the world. Prior to joining Gallagher, Matt was the Program Director for the Pacific Ocean Energy Trust (POET). He was the initial PI to the Dept. of Energy’s Testing Expertise & Access for Marine Energy Research (TEAMER) Program, enabling technology developers with access to a network of testing and expertise facilities across the US . Matt earned his B.S. in Forest Sciences from Colorado State University and his MBA from Portland State University.
