Lindsay Dubbs

Lindsay Dubbs leads environmental assessment and permitting aspects of the North Carolina Renewable Ocean Energy Program program. She works at the Coastal Studies Institute on the Outer Banks of North Carolina where she does ecosystem-scale research on Gulf Stream ecology and teaches courses on research methods, coastal ecology, and renewable energy. She received Masters and Doctoral degrees from the UNC Chapel Hill Department of Environmental Science and Engineering within the Gillings School of Global Public Health.
