John Beeler

John currently serves as the Northeast Regional Coordinator for the Rural Business Cooperative Service (RBCS), primarily helping to assist USDA Rural Development state offices with processing Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) grants and guaranteed loans. He previously served as a loan specialist in the Program Processing Division, processing REAP, Business & Industry and Biorefinery Assistance Program guaranteed loans. John has spent his 11 years at RBCS working on the Agency’s energy programs and helping to provide financing solutions to projects across the country. Prior to RBCS, John served in the Peace Corps in Moldova, where he assisted local agricultural cooperatives implement small scale, on farm renewable energy projects. Originally from Alabama, John graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business.
