Kristal is a certified human resource professional with 20 years of experience in HR and leadership. She has a Master of Science in HR (MSHR) from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Mount Olive. Kristal is skilled in policy writing, training and development, recruiting, employee relations, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits, and more. As the HR Business Partner, she works closely with the HR Director and other company leaders to maintain the best possible talent acquisition methods and create the best employment experience for team members possible.
