Sharon Midgley

As Vice President of Regulatory Policy, Sharon Midgley oversees the development and implementation of regulatory strategy for Constellation Energy Corporation, the nation’s largest producer of clean energy. Prior to joining Constellation, Midgley was the Vice President of Federal Regulatory Affairs at Exelon Corporation, overseeing the development and implementation of federal regulatory strategy for the nation’s largest producer and distributor of clean energy. She was responsible for achieving Exelon’s policy objectives in matters before PJM and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Midgley also served as the Chair of PJM’s Members Committee in 2024. Before joining Exelon in 2004, Midgley was in operations at PJM. Midgley has her MBA from Villanova University and a BS in Mathematical Sciences and Economics from Loyola University Maryland.
