Bonnie Jennings

Bonnie Jennings has served the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the past 30+ years in Huntington and Louisville Districts where she worked in Civil Site Design, Dam Safety and Levee Safety (Section 408). She excelled as the Program Manager of multiple Louisville District Risk Cadres, as a Civil Works Project Manager and as a Civil Engineer in various sections such as Civil Site Design, Relocations, and Specifications. From 2021 - 2023 she served as the Division Levee Safety and Section 408 Program Manager for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. She currently serves as the HQ USACE Section 408 Coordinator where she is the USACE technical expert to 33 USC 408. She grew up in southern West Virginia and attended Virginia Tech (1990) where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She’s married and has 3 sons.
