Don Welch is a Senior Program Manager with 3U Technologies, LLC. (2006). 3U provides expertise for subsea cable systems, offshore and subsea work systems including design, installation, and commissioning. Don has worked in the subsea industry since 1976 on commercial and government projects from direct management of U.S. Navy and DHS S&T R&D projects to Vice-president/General Manager of multiple operating groups.
