Sahara Shrestha is an associate at Troutman Pepper Locke and represents electric utilities and renewable energy clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the D.C. Circuit. She advises hydropower clients on all aspects of FERC licensing, relicensing, license transfer, license surrender, and compliance under the Federal Power Act, as well as issues arising under other federal statutes, including the Clean Water Act and National Environmental Policy Act.
