Mike Drain is the Natural Resources and Compliance Manager at the Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District. With thirty years of experience in the hydropower industry, he oversees natural resource management, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship. Mike manages FERC license compliance for Central's Kingsley Dam Hydroelectric Project.
