Frankie Green

Frankie Green is currently the National Hydropower Program Coordinator for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Falls Church, Virginia. Frankie’s experience with hydropower began in 1993 while working with FERC’s Office of Hydropower Licensing on relicensing the Class of 93 projects. In 2000, Frankie relocated to California and to the private sector and for the next 10 years or so worked with various consulting firms on various aspects of hydropower licensing. In mid-2011, Frankie came back to the federal government and to her current job with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
