Role: Moderator

Kelsey brings eight years experience in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, strategic process planning, and project management for energy, water resource management, transportation, and land use/natural resources projects. Kelsey brings exemplary organizational and planning skills to her work on regional, statewide and national planning and stakeholder outreach projects, and enjoys working with a wide variety of stakeholders. Kelsey is one of the hydropower practice leads at Kearns & West and manages a portfolio of over 10 US Department of Energy and National Laboratory projects. Kelsey currently serves as Kearns & West’s project manager for the Uncommon Dialogue on Hydropower, River Restoration and Public Safety effort
