CarLisa Linton was selected as Director of the Division of Hydropower Administration and Compliance in the Commission’s Office of Energy Projects in the Fall of 2019. In this role CarLisa leads the Division in overseeing compliance with the Federal Power Act, Commission’s regulations, and the terms and conditions of about 1600 hydropower licenses and exemptions of license. Her Division consists of fisheries biologists, ecologists, wildlife biologists, environmental protection specialists, outdoor recreation specialists, historians, and environmental and civil engineers.
