Hydropower Technical Presentations, by Collegiate Competitions Teams

Each team in the Hydropower Collegiate Competition (HCC) has created a case study using a hydropower-based solution to enable 100% clean energy within a defined region. The goal of the case study exercise was to lead to an understanding by the teams of the role of hydropower in power grid operations and a hydropower plant’s operational flexibility to provide multiple grid services.
Now they are coming to the grand finale of the competition to share their case study.
Throughout the day, teams make 10-minute presentations on their case study, including their proposed approach to stakeholder engagement, to a panel of judges. The judges then have 11 minutes to ask questions.

Each presentation is open to any attendee at Waterpower Week, as well as to all competing teams. Q&A sessions are private.
